To maintain excellent performance and client satisfaction, all NMFS inspectors are expected to:
Complete every inspection by the due date shown in InspectorADE.
Upload immediately after completing each inspection.
Communicate any delays early so adjustments can be made when appropriate.
Keep no more than 24 hours of inspection backlog, except for rural long-distance routes.
Check the InspectorADE dashboard daily for new assignments or updated due dates.
Submit as soon as possible from the field whenever signal is available.
If NMFS assigns an inspection that is already past due and you complete it within 72 hours, we will adjust the due date to accurately reflect your true turnaround time.
This protects you from being penalized for an inspection you received late.

Upload from the field whenever possible
Keep your vehicle ready (fuel, tires, windshield, tools)
Check your dashboard in the morning and again midday
Plan ahead for poor-signal areas and upload afterward
