On the InspectorADE website page, (not your cell phone app) enter comments that should be sent only to the Account Managers, (not our clients) and respond to emails using the Comments section on each particular work order using the Info/Comments tab and then by going to the bottom of the page to enter your comments. All comments must go to someone or they will NOT be read.
This is where you enter appointment call attempts twice a day for Insurance Loss inspections as well as show your date and time for an appointment you set.
What happens when you do not click the box, sending your comment to a manager, is that we would never see your comment unless we happened to open the work order. We cannot open 10,000 work orders each day to see if you made a comment! Clicking on the box will allow you to send your message to the Account Manager so that they know you left a comment.
