An issue that is very common with new inspectors is that they do not see inspections on their cell phone app.

Another issue is that inspectors think that the inspection has been uploaded when in reality, it was not.

The final authority in viewing inspections is the website version of InspectorADE. When loading your website version on your browser, the website version is instant and accurate. As with any webpage, any updates or changes are presented by updating the page on your browser.  Not so with the cell phone app.  On the InspectorADE cell phone app, you must click on the Download button and/or the Upload button. It is not an automatic process.

Sometimes you will see inspections in a folder on your cell phone app that says the inspection is stuck in Cannot Upload.  Sometimes that is not always the case.  Go to the website version to see if your inspection was actually submitted. The website version of InspectorADE is the final authority, not the app.
