Sign-In Sheets
Most of our clients require us to put our names on a Sign-In Sheet on vacant properties. These are not posted on the exterior of the property. In most cases, they can be found on the kitchen counter. If you do not see one, place one there at the property and sign it. Snap a photo of it. Make sure you take a few blank copies with you in case you enter a vacant property that doesn’t already have a sign-in sheet present.
