I have mandated that our employees take Sunday off. We are trying to reduce our hours from 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, down to just 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. We need our rest.
You may work if you desire, but NMFS employees will be off that day so please try not to call us unless it is an emergency. If you have a real emergency then please call.
An emergency is NOT:
- You can’t find a property. ( You should have looked it up before you left.)
- You found a property unsecured.
- Someone chased you in their car. (Really, what can we do about that?)
- A house is now burnt down. (Will it still be burnt down on Monday?)
- A house was vandalized.
- You can’t login to InspectorADE
- You forgot your password.
- What photos to take? (Really? Didn’t you take the training?)
- What does a work code mean? (Really? Didn’t you take the training?)
- Call before Sunday if you still don’t know.
- You do not have a lockbox code. ( You should print out the cheat sheet from training before you go.)
- You ran over a dog.
- None of your keys work at a property. ( Take a photo of a key in the door, and all other doors and move on)
- You killed your spouse because of an argument about you working on Sunday.
- Your goldfish died.
