To Interior or Not To Interior
This seems to be a question that pops up from time to time. The work order states to complete an interior inspection but there is no lockbox and your keys don’t fit, but the door is unlocked. What do you do?
We only complete interior inspections on properties that have been previously secured. “Secured” means that the bank or our clients sent out a property preservation company to change the locks.
Do not enter a vacant property unless it has been previously secured. We are NEVER the person to enter a vacant property for the first time. We only enter if it has been previously secured.
