Submit (Upload) Inspections the Same Day as the Inspection is Conducted.
Inspections completed one day and submitted the next day, or several days later, are subject to no pay. Using your phone app for InspectorADE is the new technology that all of our clients have become accustomed to. NMFS has ratings for TurnAround time just like you do. We require that inspections are submitted from the field, immediately after completing the inspection. It can be done. A few months ago I personally completed 77 inspections in a city I have never been to, in one day. After completing each inspection I uploaded it. It can be done, even with volume inspections areas.
If you fail to upload immediately after the inspection is completed and you wait to upload it later, the inspection may have canceled in the interim. If that is the case then none of us get paid for it. If an inspection is canceled and you go to upload it and receive an error message, that might mean the inspection no longer exists. It is a safe practice to always hit the Download button before moving on to the next inspection, just to make sure it is still there.
