HUD keys are commonly used in mortgage field services and property preservation work when access is needed to vacant properties, lockboxes, or secured entry points.
If you need a HUD key set, you may order one directly through NMFS.
The current price is $25 per key set.
These keys are intended for inspectors, property preservation vendors, and field service professionals who need the standard keys commonly used in the industry. Your key set will be mailed to the address you provide after your order is received.
