Submit Inspections the Same Day They Are Completed
Inspections must be uploaded immediately after each inspection is finished — not later in the day, and never the next day.
Same-day submission is required. Anything uploaded late may not be paid.
Why Same-Day Submission Is Required
Liability:
If you complete an inspection today, but do not upload it until the next day, you expose NMFS — and yourself — to liability.
Example:

You complete an inspection yesterday at 11:30 AM.

You upload it today at 4:30 PM.
-
The house burns down last night at 9:00 PM.
Because you are submitting it late and marking it in “good condition,” you have now reported incorrect information. That makes us liable.
Clients Will Not Pay Late Submissions
Several of our clients do not pay for inspections that are submitted even one day late.
NMFS follows the same policy:
If the inspection was not submitted the same day it was completed, we cannot pay for it.
Upload Immediately After Each Inspection
Using InspectorADE, inspections can be uploaded right from the field within seconds.
Do not wait.
Do not batch them.
Do not plan to “catch up later.”
Uploading immediately ensures:

A safe habit is to always hit the “Download” button in InspectorADE before moving to the next order. This verifies the inspection is still active and prevents lost uploads.
