Become a Property Preservation Vendor
National Mortgage Field Services (NMFS) is expanding its Property Preservation Vendor Network.
We are currently seeking experienced property preservation contractors and crews to service residential properties throughout our coverage areas.
If you have experience with property preservation, property maintenance, or field services work, we invite you to submit your vendor capabilities for review.
Typical Property Preservation Work Includes
- Property securing
- Lock changes
- Winterizations
- Debris removal
- Lawn maintenance
- Initial property securing
- Minor repairs and maintenance
- Property condition documentation
Minimum Vendor Requirements
- Experience performing property preservation services
- Ability to service assigned coverage areas
- General Liability Insurance
- Reliable transportation and equipment
- Smartphone for photo documentation
- Ability to follow client guidelines and timelines
Required Documentation
- W-9 Form
- Certificate of Insurance (NMFS as Certificate Holder)
- Driver’s License or Government-Issued ID
- ShieldHub Background Check
Vendor Approval Process
1. Submit your Vendor Capabilities Form.
2. NMFS reviews your coverage areas and experience.
3. Approved vendors will receive a Contractor Onboarding Form.
4. After documentation review, approved vendors may begin receiving assignments.
What Happens Next
After submitting your Vendor Capabilities form:
• Our team reviews your experience, coverage areas, and qualifications.
• Qualified vendors receive an NMFS Contractor Onboarding Form to complete registration.
• Once documentation is verified and onboarding is complete, approved vendors begin receiving property preservation assignments within their coverage areas.
