After you submit your application it should redirect you to https://MortgageFieldServices.com where you can take an online course we developed to train you about our inspection industry. The free course even provides you with a certificate as a Certified Mortgage Field Service inspector.  It may take all of two hours to complete.  Once you are at lesson 11 you will be presented with our Contractor Agreement and the options of obtaining your keys and background check through our company.  You can do all that on your own but it is a lot easier if you let us help you.
