Address and Street Signs

Photo Requirement for Missing Street Signs and/or Missing Addresses

87% of all Client based Follow Ups and Rejects are because inspectors are not taking photos of the street sign and posted address. These photos prove that you were on the correct street at the correct address. These photos are REQUIRED in order to be paid.

 

DO NOT TAKE PHOTOS OF NEAREST STREET SIGN IF IT IS NOT THE CORRECT STREET SIGN!

INSTRUCTIONS:

If the property you are inspecting does not have an address, or if there are no street signs for a mile in either direction, then you are REQUIRED to print out and snap a photo of either of these two photos below.

Right click the photo, Save Image As to your computer, print out the photo in color, take with you to the field. It may be best to insert a printed copy of the photo and place it in a clear plastic sleeve or folder.

Add either of these two photos to the rest of your inspection photos if the circumstance presence itself.

 

 


 

Letter Delivery

If a letter is required as part of the inspection then there will be one of two possible photos REQUIRED.

  1. Photo of letter in the crack of the door
  2. Photo of letter in your hand before handing it to occupant
