$250 Chargeback for Wrong FTV
One of our largest clients, MCS, gives us a $250 chargeback for posting a WF2112 or WF1913 to a property that does not require it. (Those are the full page postings you received in the mail with your keys.) Before you post one of those, make certain the instructions tell you to post that particular posting.
If you discover that one of these postings has previously been posted and it is not the correct posting, take it down and post the correct FTV. If you post one of these to a property that does not require it, we have no choice but to pass on to you the entire chargeback of $250.
First Time Vacancy postings are very important. Make absolutely sure that the one you are posting is the one required by the inspection instructions.
