The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 continues to increase and impact our country. In an effort to reduce exposure, effective immediately NFR will not be requiring contact inspections. Please complete any open I&I inspections as a no contact. Do not leave a call card. Please continue to walk around the property to determine occupancy and if vacant post the required FTV posting.

Insurance loss inspections continue with call log attempts to schedule inspections with homeowners where you feel comfortable setting and meeting with the homeowners.  If you want to wait, the set an appointment for two to three weeks out.

NFR is NOT requiring the homeowner to sign your phone app with their finger or to sign a physical signature paper form.
